The last few years have required me to face all of my fears. All of them. I have a few just like you. I acknowledge the presence of all of mine. Some would deem and have deemed at least one of them as unreasonable. I have learned to trust that it is my decision to determine their value or reasonableness. It is not the job or place for others to judge. Nor is it my burden to bear what others will think. I let that go along the way. My fears have come from places I don't remember, ancestral fears and fears that manifested after very difficult and painful experiences. Fear is not an ending. From fear you can harvest something, you can harvest a gift. The gift is Bravery. The trials we face are challenges pushing us to tear down our barriers which prevent us from accessing our highest selves. They are lessons, but they only become lessons when we choose to learn from them otherwise they are trials with no reward or positive outcome.
Be brave enough to live life creatively. The creative place where no one else has ever been. - Alan Alda
The Brave mantra necklace was created with all these lessons and thoughts in mind. A wearable reminder. When we remind ourselves that the gift exists we have opened the door to our inner wisdom and the bravery that is contained in us all.
I have invoked Bravery for my first 2015 face to face workshop which I announced here on the blog last week. I can't wait to delve even deeper into the work I am creating and to share it with everyone who feels the call. This is an amazing opportunity to dive into what my soul aligns with and to provide a service to a connected community. I will be contacting a venue shortly to book the dates. Stay tuned and stay brave!
I've added a B (Bravery) to my soul's equation which began with 3 C's - Creativity, Connection and Courage. Each C is a core desired feeling. you may be asking, what is A? Surely there's an A for my ABCs? Well, that's a post for another time. Enjoy the rest of your week and I look forward to reading your answers to my call below. Please share this post with someone who needs to read about invoking bravery in their lives.
I invite you to welcome the gift by learning the lessons from your trials. How do you honour bravery in your life? What would it feel like if you tapped into your inner wisdom, learned the lessons and unleashed bravery on all your trials? Please share in the comments.
