Top 5 Things That Bring Me Back To Centre...a goodie for when overwhelm, anxiety or high emotion begins to reign
Today I have really felt the shift and super energy as the impending Full Moon approaches. I have to admit I was a little werewolf-like towards my family this morning! Hot headed, out of sorts and enveloped in the moon energy like a hairy beast. I like to think that positive things come out of such strong emotions and energy, which I why I'm writing this post for you today!
Here are my top 5 tools/practices that bring me back to peace, calm and help me transition to a less werewolf-like being. These are things that I've either relied on for a long time or over time, discovered. I hope they compliment what you already do, or at least make you think about incorporating some rituals into your day to make the werewolf-like days bearable for yourself and all of the people around you.
